Before you open WhatsApp

The form builds a message in your browser. It does not submit the form to a server, save your details in browser storage, or send them to an AI provider. This page contains no analytics or advertising trackers. The hosting service may process routine access logs when the page is served online.

When you open WhatsApp

The message is included in the WhatsApp link and passed to WhatsApp when you open it. WhatsApp’s own privacy practices apply at that stage. You decide whether to send the message. You may instead copy the text and use your preferred communication method.

Information to include

Please provide business contact details, destination, product interest, quantity and timeframe. Do not include patient records, clinical photographs, identity documents or payment credentials.

After you send an enquiry

Your message is used only to respond to your enquiry and prepare a quotation. Replies may be drafted with the help of an AI assistant and are reviewed by our team before they are sent. Sending an enquiry does not place an order or authorise payment.

Retention and deletion
